Raspberries + Cream

Creamy Lindt white chocolate + raspberry mudcake filled with homemade raspberry preserve and silky Lindt white chocolate Swiss meringue

 

Dark chocolate + hazelnut

Creamy Lindt dark chocolate mudcake filled with smooth vanilla bean Swiss buttercream and nutella ganache .

Gin + Tonic

Layers of vanilla butter cake spiked with fresh orange and lime zest and a hint of aromatic rosemary and soaked while hot in Seven Season Bush Apple Gin + tonic syrup.  Filled with silky lime Swiss meringue buttercream. 

 

Malted Vanilla + Peanut (or biscoff)

Layers of sticky malted vanilla bean cake soaked while hot in organic vanilla bean syrup and filled with malted milk Swiss buttercream and a lightly sea salted peanut butter crunch. If you prefer a nut free version, swap the peanut butter crunch for a decadent layer of biscoff (additional $15 for biscoff).

 

Caramel espresso

Creamy Lindt milk chocolate mud cake filled layered with rich espresso vanilla Swiss buttercream and our own molten caramel sauce.

 

Lemon

Layers of zesty lemon drizzle cake filled with tangy lemon Swiss meringue

Milk chocolate + roasted cherry

Decadent layers of Lindt milk chocolate mudcake filled with roasted vanilla cherry preserve and vanilla bean Swiss buttercream

 

Persian Love Cake

Layers of cinnamon infused caramel + almond cake filled with rosewater Swiss buttercream and roasted pistachios

 

Banoffee

Layers of tender banana cake filled with vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream and caramel sauce

 

Red Velvet

Made with buttermilk, organic vanilla beans and a hint of Dutch cocoa this decadent and moist cake is perfect paired with our classic vanilla bean Swiss meringue and raspberry conserve.

Coconut + pineapple

Layers of creamy Lindt white chocolate mud cake filled with our own pineapple preserve and coconut Swiss buttercream. Add roasted Australian macadamias for some extra crunch (additional $20 for macadamias)

 

mAPLE, GINGER, PEAR AND ALMOND

Delicious ginger infused caramelised white chocolate and almond mud cake filled with white chocolate and maple Swiss buttercream and tender ginger pear compote.
