I recently went to an event where Petal and Peach supplied the tarts. They were the highlight of the many sweets served. The crust of the tarts were the perfect thickness, and the fillings were to die for. Perfectly balanced deliciousness. My mouth is watering just thinking about them. As a self confessed sweet tooth, I’m not easily impressed, after asking the waiter to tell me where they came from, I followed the cake crumbs to Rebecca’s Instagram. We now know where our next birthday cake will be coming from.
