In this class students will learn how to make the perfect vanilla sponge cupcake, lemon curd and French meringue before assembling each element in your very own box of six cupcakes. Our focus is on helping you perfect the signature Petal + Peach recipes that underpin this classic flavour combination.

  6. Piping french meringue using 1A open tip - demonstration + practical

  7. Using a blow torch to toast meringue - demonstration + practical
